Our partnership approach goes beyond the tactical recruitment life cycle and our service offering includes the following:
- Multiple diagnostic and consultancy meetings to fully understand the complete requirement for a successful hire.
- A bespoke 90 minute biographical and evidence based interview of all long list candidates.
- A fully documented short list typically of three to five candidates. This includes a narrative Interview Report of career history, key achievements and an appraisal of fit for role.
- We also offer a range of psychometric profiling instruments and assessment centre design and facilitation.
- On-boarding coaching with an accredited Coach, during the critically important first 90 days in post.
