Sue Murray, is a founding Partner of The Murray Fernandez Partnership Ltd which fulfils a longstanding dream to establish a high quality HR recruitment consultancy and be an active champion in raising the standards of practice in an unregulated sector. Sue has 20 years HR recruitment experience with leading HR recruitment firms including 7 years as a Director heading an Executive Search practice. Sue is also an Executive Coach. Her experience and passion for high quality delivery to clients and candidates, underpinned by deep knowledge and experience of the HR marketplace, has given her an unrivalled network and longstanding relationships within many of the FTSE 100. Sue’s early career began in Business Management before specialising in HR and subsequently HR Resourcing and Executive Coaching. Sue is a BA (Hons) French from Hull University, is CIPD qualified and holds an Advanced Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring from the Oxford School of Coaching & Mentoring. Sue is also accredited to use Myers-Briggs MBTI, FIRO B and Hay-McBer Emotional Intelligence Inventory. Outside the Partnership she is a Mentor with The Princes Trust and supports various charities.

Jo Larkam, a Principal Consultant with The HR Talent Partnership, is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a driven desire to add value to clients by exceeding expectations and delivering results. Her experience spans 15 years across both internal HR and Consultancy. Beginning her career as a Graduate for Prudential, Jo gained broad HR experience as well as specialist recruitment experience, recruiting graduates and sales staff. Following this, Jo enjoyed four successful years at Deloitte as a Consultant. Operating in their Human Capital practice she delivered a variety of Competency, Assessment, OD and Leadership projects to blue-chip clients. It was at Deloitte she first met and worked with Ross. Having consolidated her HR knowledge and experience, and gained her Chartership as a Psychologist, Jo became an independent practitioner, specialising in assessment and recruitment. As an Associate of The Murray Fernandez Partnership LLP, Jo will continue to satisfy the needs of her loyal clients. Jo is a graduate of Southampton University with a BSc (Hons) 2:1 in Psychology and Sociology and has a Masters from Birkbeck College, University of London in Occupational Psychology. Jo is qualified to use SHL and Wave psychometric tools.

Sally Izzard, a Principal Consultant with The HR Talent Partnership, is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist who is motivated by building strong relationships with clients and by sustaining these through delivering results that make a difference. Sally has 18 years’ experience of providing Occupational Psychology services, which includes time as an internal HR consultant, as well as substantial experience as an external provider for a range of organisations. Commencing her career as a Resourcing Consultant for Prudential, Sally gained broad HR experience in addition to designing specialist assessment tools (an ability test and personality measure) to recruit and retain effective sales staff. Towards the end of her time as a Resourcing consultant, Sally gained Chartership as a Psychologist. Sally then set up her own business, building on the work she continued for Prudential and expanding her portfolio of clients. Although her work has primarily been in the field of assessment design and delivery, Sally also has considerable experience of role profiling, survey design, performance review and of training in selection and feedback skills. As an Associate of The Murray Fernandez Partnership LLP, Sally will continue to provide services to her loyal clients. Sally is a graduate of Southampton University with a BSc (Hons) 2:1 in Psychology and has a Masters from the University of Hertfordshire in Occupational Psychology. Sally is qualified to use a number of psychometric tools, including OPQ/SHL, 16PF and 15FQ.

Clare Lewis graduated with a BA (Hons) Geography from Liverpool University, Clare’s career began in HR working across the full generalist HR remit and in a range of blue chip organisations. Having qualified professionally with the CIPD, Clare chose to specialise in Resourcing, specifically HR Recruitment. Clare has experience across a wide variety of organisations including professional services, construction and recruitment consultancy. She has successfully managed both small resourcing projects and complex national campaigns. Clare particularly enjoys working across a wide spectrum of industry sectors and is a strong advocate of matching the right individual to the role. Clare combines an assessment of technical competence with an intuitive judgement of each candidate’s “fit”, in terms of personality and style, with the shape and culture of the organisation. Following a career break, Clare has resumed an Associate career in HR Search and Selection with The Murray Fernandez Partnership and with Sue for the second time in her career.

After an early life in corporate HR, Andrew began his consulting career with leading Search & Selection consultancy Macmillan Davies. In a succession of senior roles, he led their Not-for-Profit practice, managed the Western region, and developed their Search business in London. He then spent seven years as Head of Practice in a small niche firm, before setting up and running his own consulting services company. Andrew has been with The Murray Fernandez Partnership LLP since March 2009. As well as helping to grow the core business, he also leads our separate practice area which handles clients’ non-HR positions at senior management, executive director and board level, particularly in the corporate and central services functions. Alongside a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, for many years Andrew has specialised in the not-for-profit sector including major national charities, voluntary organisations and public bodies. His work with them has included Chief Executive, Director and Trustee Board appointments. Andrew shares the Partnership's ethos, values and passion for delivering results which exceed clients' expectations for achievement, quality and service excellence.

Margaret Bradley has over 25 years’ experience in the corporate sector, having worked as a PA at senior board-level then as an HR Officer in international blue-chip organisations. Since 2002 Margaret has been running her own PA/secretarial services business, specialising in the Executive Search and Coaching sectors. She is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists (for German and French) and a Graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. In 2009 she won the National VA of the Year Award for businesses over 18 months. The skills which Margaret has acquired, with a diverse range of clients, equip her well to support The Murray Fernandez Partnership and their clients and candidates. Margaret is delighted to add The Murray Fernandez Partnership to her portfolio.

As an intrinsic part of the Development of the Partners and the Partnership, Lynne Norman has been selected as their Executive Coach and Facilitator. Lynne is delighted to include the Murray Fernandez Partnership in her portfolio of clients. Lynne Norman, MBA, BA (Hons), Chartered FCIPD, PGCE, is Managing Director of Equip Consulting Ltd. She has worked in HR, specialising in organisation development for over 20 years. Her work spans a number of industry sectors and she has held Executive Board Director posts in private and public sector organisations. Lynne’s key areas of expertise are ensuring that organisations are able to change and develop through effective engagement of people. Her interest lies in all aspects of organisation development, from developing and aligning organisational strategy to helping individuals and teams reach their potential. Lynne also works as an Executive Coach and is currently completing an MSc in Mentoring and Coaching. She has considerable experience of working with organisations on change and development issues, and enjoys working on the development of strategy with individuals and teams. She works mainly with Chief Executives, Managing Directors and Directors, as well as with whole Boards including Non Executives.
